  I’ve been coming to this location for years and I must say it’s one of the most consistent fast food restaurants I’ve been to. The manager. Ryan and most of the staff have been wonderful. But I have to give a special shout out to Elisha. This young man appears to be no more than about 15-16 years old but his customer service and etiquette surpasses most adults in the restaurant industry. He’s always kind and polite. He always personable and has even learned my name which makes me feel valued as a faithful customer. Keep up the good work! This location is set apart! Oh….and keep cranberry truffle on the menu forever.

  Y’all! The hard work at this store is not comparable!! Ryan and Elisha were personable and absolutely the best! The store is clean and welcoming 🥰 you won’t be disappointed

  not great service, really slow when multiple people were waiting, barely acknowledged other customers, one wasn’t wearing gloves until she saw i noticed. not a great experience!!!

  Wow!!! Went for the first time last night!!! Shout out to Ava (working the counter), she gave us such awesome customer service!!! She is definitely an asset to Tropical Smoothie Cafe!!

  Literally Worst. Service. Ever. I was the only customer in the store. The guy making smoothies was the only one upfront. He made eye contact with me several times yet never said a word! I looked on the shelf for my smoothie ordered in the app and the shelf was empty. So, after being ignored, I stepped up to ask if my order might be ready. When I asked him, he didn't even look around to check, he called the manager. The manager came over and he didn't even look for my order, he took it upon himself to just show me the orders that had pending and told me how busy they were. Very rudely as if I was at fault in some way or disturbing him. THEN, he decided to look on the shelf in front of him where there were about 4 or 5 smoothies just sitting. He decides to ask my name and what I ordered, and guess what? My smoothies was just sitting there. He picked it up, handed it to me (no thanks for tour patience or kindness whatsoever), and then he tells the smoothies guy not to bother him for something like that because he was busy. I'll say it again ... Worst. Service. Ever. Do better!
