    The smoothies are great and the service is pretty nice. They aren't as pricey as I imagined they would be which was a nice surprise.

    I came to get a smoothie bowl and asked for everything on the side and with no honey drizzle because I am allergic to it. I open the bag everything was on the side but I didn’t get no granola and with honey drizzle. I can’t eat it…

    Just walked in to grab lunch, I’ve been a long time fan of Tropical Smoothie. This location seems to really struggle with good help however. It was 1:30ish when we arrived, the only people in the restaurant at the time and were completely ignored by the girl working the front counter. She was cleaning out a blender, but did see us walk in. We stood at the counter for several minutes. During this time she asked if we were there to pick up an order and I said no. She continued to clean the blender. We eventually walked out. I don’t normally escalate crap like this but really do want to see this location succeed.

    Ordered online pick up and gave the staff 15 minutes as the website asked to prepare the meal. I went through the drive thru and was instructed to park in front as it wasn't ready. I could see the smoothie on my order was ready as I could see it with my name by the register but wasn't given it. Waited another 20 minutes before I went in the store to find the food was already completed but staff couldn't be bothered to get it to me. I wouldn't go to this place for lunch as the staff seems to be unable to complete anything in under a half hour. The employ at the drive thru had an attitude and another had his pants half way down his backside. This was the second chance I was giving this place and it doesn't seem like there will be another.
