    I’ve made it a habit to drive out of my way to go to this Taco Bell for years, yet recently they keep getting my orders wrong and literally because I’m on a special diet messing up my health. Spoke to them about it personally the last time and they fixed it the one time, but went back again and they gave me some food that spiked the crap out of my blood sugar because they didn’t fix it correctly. They gave me a burrito with just rice when I’d put “easy rice” and I paid extra for extra beans for protein.

    First time visiting the Burleson location. It wasn't clean, but not necessarily dirty either. Maybe just slightly neglected is a better term. The gentleman who delivered the order was kind and friendly. 2 of many things that don't exist too much anymore. Anyway, taco bell has kind of set the bar for negative ratings, but lately they've gone up imo.

    They got my order wrong and the best they can do is make me drive all the way back right now when I have to go to work? No we can offer to get you the right order sometime soon like they used to do. They messed up the order. I asked for soft tacos.

    Food is either good or eh there’s never amazing, last time my chips tasted like old oil and were half n half stale/old, but most of the time I get helped quickly by whoever is behind the counter but obviously food quality needs help. And the inside is usually dirty with the drink machine always a mess and wet, always fast though never more than 10mins waiting.
