Our family, including my wife and four children, received poor treatment. She rushed us and made disparaging comments about us to another employee. My wife overheard her. Her behavior should be unacceptable! Additionally, she helped herself to a couple of drinks, caused a spill by dropping ice all over the floor that could've caused an accident for customers coming in.
