Went in today to get a chopped brisket sandwich and what I got was a pile of pink and grey mess. No bark, no flavor. Rudy’s use to be a favorite of mine. I use to work in Spring, Texas circa 2013, and Rudy’s was always my go to lunch spot. They have really went downhill over the years.

First off, this is my first time visiting this location, and it's been maybe 10 years since visiting a Ruby's at all. Even though it was mid morning and not a lot of folks there, the staff was. generous and attentive, and answered all my questions. Kudos to all the morning staff!! The only criticism I can think of is I wish there was a little more heat in the spicy sausage breakfast tacos.
