- TTthebilliesFeb 1, 20261.0I ordered this off of door dash and my order was marked as delivered and never delivered. That's a door dash issue. My issue with Rudy's is that the reason it wasn't dropped off is that an employee gave it to a random person. That mistake cost me my meal and the charge for the meal. When i called Rudy's to get this settled, the person who made the mistake told me "people make mistakes" and that i was welcome to come get the food myself. When stated I was unable (hence doordash) her response was then find someone to get it for you. Not only am I out dinner, I'm out the cost of my meal, and to add onto it all the staff was extremely rude and showed no care for a mistake that THEY made. I will never eat at this location or store ever again.

Tough would describe both and thats simply.not smoked long enough. I stated id give them another try after.tge 1st bad experience but I will.not pursue Rudy anymore.for BBQ. There are to many amazing places in Texas to pay Rudys price for sub par bbq.

I've eaten at rudy's from the d.F w area completely to south texas into laredo, and no rudy's compares with the rudy's in berlinson, as far as the perfection of their smoked meat. Staff is always friendly, but food is always perfect. Don't know what more I can say.Go try it for yourself
