I order here weekly and will continue to do so, even though my order is always wrong. Orders placed through the app are incorrect; they forget original ingredients with the "add on/freebie" requests, but its fine. Tonight was correctly made by Caleb and I appreciate it - he deserves to be positively recognized. Inside store was very busy, one employee in a hurry to leave quit making sandwiches with orders on the line, pulled her gloves off and was rude to the customer ahead of me, and there were 8 folks on the lobby. Caleb was professional, addressed her with tact, picked up her slack, and finished the orders. Very impressed with this young man's ability to handle a difficult and likely frustrating situation.
