I absolutely love this place. I was a little intimidated at first, but with help from the app, which I HIGHLY recommend, this place is the only place I buy my groceries from. Not only that. I passed out, due to pulmonary embolism, in the entrance on December 29th, 2025, and they were extremely helpful in making sure I was comfortable and alright while the paramedics were on their way. They truly when above and beyond and I firmly believe the staff saved my life. I will never get my groceries anywhere else.

Don't ever purchase meat, bread or produce. They will give you the oldest in the store. I bought hamburger meat that was already spoiled by the time I got home from picking up my order(20mins). It was brown, I notified the store immediately and they ignored me. I will Never shop here again!!!

I heard what you did on Christmas, thank you. You really gave me a lot of Christmas spirit, I saw an old lady telling how you gave people free groceries because your computers went down instead of sending them away. The story made my day. I live in Oklahoma but if I’m ever in your area I will make it a point to shop at your store! Merry Christmas!

I normally have no problems at HEB, besides the abnormal about of personal shoppers on the weekends. Like it's busy enough without them pushing these carts around without a care in the world for the every day shoppers. But Sunday I about had enough. Me and my husband were by the bisques trying to pick up a few for Christmas breakfast when all of a sudden we were blocked in, like could not go forward or around, by a stocker and personal shoppers. They didn't even realize what they did because they were too busy talking about the power going out the Saturday before. And according to Jesse, the personal shoppers, she couldn't understand why customers were upset by the power going out, "we should just go shop at Kroger." I mean I personally did not go to HEB on Saturday, but I can understand why customers would be upset. Most of us are die-hard HEB lovers. Like y'all are the best grocery store around. By far! I was just shocked to hear this. From an associate. Telling us to shop somewhere else. And even if they truly felt that way, that should never be expressed on the floor around customers. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. I also did have to ask if we could get through, because again they were too busy with the gossip to realize we could not move until they were done with their conversation.

I wish Google gives an option for zero stars because my experience is a zero star rating. This is strictly regarding the bakery. I placed a birthday cake order for one of my kids and came to pick it up. They couldn’t find the cake and come to find out “my cake request was placed in the Sunday box.”, when I placed it for pickup today, on Saturday. I’m extremely disappointed but the lack of care for the mistake that H.E.B made and accompanied with zero apology left me speechless. Then they said their printer was down. I’ve been to sooo many HEB bakeries and this is the first time I placed a cake order at this location and this will absolutely be the last time I do so. One of the ladies offered a mini toy of pokemon which I accepted because I didn’t want to be rude. She was the only one who showed a tad bit of accountability. HEB please do better.
