    I absolutely love shopping at H‑E‑B! This location is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. The produce is fresh, the meat department has great quality, and there’s a really good selection of H-E-B brand items that are affordable and delicious. The staff here are consistently friendly and helpful — you can tell they take pride in their store. Even when it’s busy, checkout moves quickly and the overall experience is smooth. Parking is easy and the layout makes it simple to find what you need. Definitely one of the best grocery stores in the Burleson area. Highly recommend!

    This is my favorite grocery. An ethical, community-focused chain with lots of deals. I have shopped here primarily for years and I'm so lucky to live in a town with an HEB.

    Cashier "Tammie", at around 830am today, decided that it was a great idea to tell my husband and son they "could not" check out in the self checkout (15 items or less) because they had 4 items over the 15. They had 2 separate transactions (work and home) therefore there was less than her requirement of 15. Not a single customer in line ... Not one. Other than my husband and son. This type of horrible service is not who HEB needs working and dealing with the public. No reason at all to tell my husband to leave the line other than to act like she was running something over than her mouth. I go in this store 4-6x a week.. A week. Never have me or my family been treated like that.. I would like to have a manager reach out to me..

    Drove 20 mins. on my lunch break to purchase a product. When I was driving I the opened it and took a bite. The flavor was nasty and then I noticed that the product was expired. The cookies had mold once I inspected them well.🤢Called customer service to see if I could get a refund because the drive was not worthed. They said I needed to go back. Why would I go back. The customer service person who helped me did not even ask about the product. I called again so she would atleast take it of the shelf for the future customers.

    I shop at H-E-B often and decided to order online for grocery delivery for the first time. It was a complete nightmare. First, the catfish I received was spoiled with a very strong rotten smell. Second, I noticed the prices for delivered items were higher than in-store. On top of that, most of the items I ordered were out of stock, and I wasn’t properly refunded. Overall, it felt like a total ripoff. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be shopping this way again.
