    Very rude named Diego, and unfair portions. I went to Chipotle today and ordered two Kids Meals. I usually get a fair amount of meat, but this time the portion was extremely small. When I politely mentioned it to the employee named Diego, instead of offering a simple fix or a small courtesy scoop, he started arguing and He only put a few tiny shreds of meat instead of the amount im used to get. I’ve always been a regular customer, and this has never happened before. What made it worse is that after our interaction, he went on chatting happily with other customers as if nothing had happened. It felt very disrespectful. I’m not the kind of person who complains easily, but this was really disappointing. I hope management addresses this and reminds the staff that good customer service and consistency in portions matter.
