My first time going to Cava in Burleson, was such a wonderful experience. Mike was so helpful patient and smart. He explained all of the options to me so I could make more knowledgeable decisions. In the end we had crafted a delicious masterpiece. The food was so good that I will definitely be going back for more. Thank you Mike and thank you Cava!!!

This was my first time visiting CAVA. I was looking forward to some Mediterranean food, but I didn't realize it is set up like a Chipotle. While the food was good, I thought the prices were much higher than they should have been. I was surprised at checkout after they prepared all of our meals and it was too late to change that there was an almost $4 upcharge for choosing lamb as the protein. With three meals, that is a substantial increase in the price I expected to pay! I will say that the lamb was exceptionally delicious, but I wouldn't have chosen that for my kids if I knew it was so much more. $11 for a kids meal is pretty outrageous in my opinion. đł And unlike Chipotle, the portion size is also small. I can barely finish half of a Chipotle bowl, but I ate all of my CAVA bowl and wasn't completely full. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the drink selection they have is nice (a lot of drinks are made in-house), but I don't plan to return because it is just too expensive.

Yesterday after work was my first day visiting cava. My cousin had been talking about this place for months. She had been wanting me to try it. We finally went. My first experience wasnât welcoming, and I didnât enjoy the food or customs service. When I walked in I told the gentleman we never been. I was hoping he would explain how the bowls go and which ingredients is what. The tall a gentleman with a red beard with a hairnet over his beard. He never explained, he just stood there. I was asking questions and all he told me look on the glass and I can see all the ingredients.I believe , if I had an employee to have patience with me & explained things to me. I wouldâve had a better experience because Iâve been hearing so much good things about this place. I spent $44

I ordered a delivery from Cava bc they are normally amazing but when I received my order it had the wrong food unfortunately. Which at this point, no big deal. Accidents happen and everyoneâs human. I tried calling and it rang and rang then the line disconnected. I ended up driving up there to just try to fix it. The gentleman behind the service counter was extremely nice and made my order for me. The woman who seemed to be in charge? I couldnât tell you but she seemed a little older. Extremely abrasive and offered zero apology for the mix up. She was exhibiting annoyance and was pretty rude honestly. Sucks bc I love this place and maybe she was just having a bad day but itâs super annoying to pay for delivery, then end up having to drive up anyway just to be met with unnecessary attitude. Hope she has a better day in the future! Thank you to the young gentleman who was kind enough to remake my food and was very professional.
