The lady at the counter had already closed the store, but when we mentioned it wasn’t closing time yet, she reluctantly reopened it. During billing, she said the card machine wasn’t working and asked to use my phone for payment. Later, when I checked the receipt at home, I realized she had added a $5 tip without my knowledge or consent. My main concern isn’t the tip amount — it’s the dishonest and disrespectful behavior. As a customer, I expect courtesy and transparency, especially when visiting right before official closing time. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

The chocolate was incredibly runny soft serve... who mixes regular and soft serve in one cone? It was an unexpected melting mess, and in a stale cone for grins. I also ordered a double scoop in a cup with cookies & cream and peanut butter & chocolate. I got NEITHER flavor. I received cookie dough (which was very melted and tasted like mint. Coincidence?) and a scoop of coffee flavored something... Did I mention I’m allergic to coffee? To summarize: if you like gambling, go to Baskin Robbins Burleson. You’ll play a titillating game of roulette, where every scoop is a surprise!

My husband and I finally just decided not to get anything, because anything we wanted they didnt have (the kids just got a plain ol' ice cream) The customers that came in behind us ordered ice cream and donuts (Dunkin donuts) and they put all of their donuts in a bag, the customer asked for a box ....and you guest it...they were out of boxes. 😐 The bathroom were dirty, the paper towel dispenser was empty in the womens bathroom so I went in to the mens bathroom ALSO DIRTY. And they were to lazy to refill the dispenser so they just threw a roll of paper towels on top of the dispenser. Not to mention the employees were not very thrilled to have the only two customers that were in there (us and the other family) Over all I would definitely choose Braums over this place!

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
