  Pouring rain and these babies are so cute in their rain domes! Unfortunately their feet are still getting soaked. But even then they had great attitudes and were laughing through it. Great job ladies!

  Hello This is SUNSHINE, here to report that I need to know where the closest CAA meeting in Burleson! Oh wait for those that don’t know me…. lol CAA means “COFFEE ANONYMOUS of AMERICA like “AA”! Yes, I am now addicted to 7Brew coffee! It was my first time EVER coming there, last night! I told the nice gentleman, Hayden, that I have never liked coffee and don’t desire to ever taste it! I expressed my daughter is addicted though! So she wanted to try this spot! Hayden is his name and customer service was his game! His focus, I believe was to make a loud and proud statement to me that “I may not like coffee but this is nothing like any “Coffee spot” you’ve ever tasted! My daughter got a drink and they both asked me to try it! I look boldly in Hayden’s eyes and said I DON’T LIKE COFFEE! He said this drink doesn’t have coffee in, it but taste amazing! He allowed me to try a sample!!! BOYYYYYY…. When I say, ADDICTIVE…. I literally drove back around to get me one! It was literally all gone before I got to the light! AMAZING!!!! I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture! I have been craving this coffee all night!!! I literally got up with my main goal to come back!!! So for all of the addicts out there who love coffee or just have a favorite coffee shop…. DON’T GO TO 7BREW…. Because not only will you switch it to be your favorite spot… you will notice… from the management team to the car-hoppers CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON POINT!!! For all of the non patient reviews on here… know that 7BREW in Burleson treats every customer with royalty! So every king, queen, prince or princess ordering a drink have been gifted with special touch of love in every drop… Know that it takes time to make your drinks special! So have patience knowing the team truly care about the presentation for each and every order! It’s not a fast pace drop it like its hot kinda place! Its made fresh with care!!! THANK YOU HAYDENNNNN, for making our first experience phenomenal!!!! I even gave the entire team a $10 tip honoring just how much I appreciate them! Signing off for now, Sunshine

  This was my first time visiting 7 brew coffee, and while the coffee itself was delicious, the service was a little Slow. I was in the primary lane and ordered a single medium coffee, drink, and five other cars on the outside lane were served their drinks (most with multiple drink orders) and left. The young man standing at the little kiosk was very apologetic and he did not understand why my drink was taking so long. Twice I was asked if I was the one waiting on the sweet and salty coffee drink and twice I said yes. Several minutes passed and Ithers kept getting their drinks before me. Then the customers that were in line BEHIND me, got their drinks handed to them (they had multiple drinks ordered) while they were still sitting behind me in line, and I was still waiting for mine. I’m not sure if there’s a system that employees are to go by, but it doesn’t seem that it was working well today. There might need to be some reeducation, I’m not sure. Overall the coffee drink was good and well-made, the gentleman that was talking to me was very apologetic however, the young lady that actually handed me my drink, didn’t say anything to me, just wiped it off and handed it to me and walked away. A little disappointing considering I waited in line over 15 minutes. I will be coming back because again the coffee was delicious, and I’d like to give them another try, but there might need to be some clarification on the order in which drinks get made and served.

  HORRIBLE customer service. I misunderstood how a drink was made and when I commented that I had wanted it iced, and that it was my fault for misunderstanding, the worker goes “oh well I clarified 8 times.” EXCUSE ME? Will not be back. Avoid this place.
