  Out of nearly everything we wanted to order. Really slow service and on a small order 4 donuts 2 kolaches hash brown still messed up the order. Kolaches not cooked through dough was slimy. Hash brown soggy and tasted like cooked in old grease. Will not return here

  You are setting your business up for failure and burning out your staff by leaving two people to run front of the restaurant and one to make all the food/coffee. The girls working were so kind and I hope they’re being paid enough for such a responsibility. Do better and properly staff your store.

  I went through the drive thru this morning and the girl was quick to take my order. Pulled up to the window and she informs me she is the only one there that he other person just quit. OK no problem she's having a bad day but still cordial. I get my order which was a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was burnt and barely any cream cheese. I won't go back because it's always something at this place.

  My girlfriend and I were out running errands and looking for a place to eat, and we settled on Dunkin'. I haven't been to Dunkin in a while, and I was ecstatic about the idea. We pulled into the drive-thru and saw one of the workers sitting out behind the store. Once we pulled up, the worker went back inside the store. When our order was being taken, the person was barely audible. My girlfriend and I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese and the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. We also ordered our drinks, which consisted of a blush pop energy refresher and the shankin expresso with protein milk. This amounted to over $23. They also forgot to give us straws, and we were lucky to have some in our car. In all my experiences with coffee places, I've never had a coffee drink I couldn't put down. Even if I don't like the drink, I could still usually finish it and get my money's worth. I'm unsure if it was the drink specifically, but the shaken espresso with added protein milk had the most sour, awful taste I have ever had. The initial taste was sour, and the aftertaste left me dehydrated. I couldn't get more than one sip in before setting down the drink. Now, I also had the sausage, egg, and cheese. I thought, you can't surely mess up the breakfast sandwich, you just put it in the microwave. Well, apparently they can. The inside of my sandwich was still cold, and the cheese on it wasn't even melted. I'm unsure if it was at a safe temperature to eat when I received it. Overall, the experience at this Dunkin' was so horrendous that I couldn't help but leave a review. I hope this helps you, future patrons. Thanks.
