Today it was called a veggie bowl and it was $10 in all my years. Going to Chipotle to get this rice with some cheese. I've never paid $10.. I usually pay about $2.

After paying, I had to reach over the counter on the employee side to grab my drink, chips, and salsa myself. When I opened it, the quesadilla was poorly made, it was mushy and not put together correctly. I went back to the counter to ask about it, but Wesley didn’t acknowledge me and just walked away without saying anything. I was left standing there and confused. Communication was very poor, and no one clearly identified who the manager was when I asked. When Wesley came back, he said he had asked for it to be remade, but this was never communicated to me. He then argued with me in front of other customers and cut me off mid-sentence to help someone else that was waiting after me, which was very unprofessional and embarrassing. Overall, the experience made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed. I was polite and simply wanted a properly made order, but the customer service was disappointing.
