- SPSheana P6 days ago1.0Honestly, I’ve been putting off leaving a review but now I’m frustrated. For the past few months, every time I’ve come they’ve been out of everything. Regular energies, cold foam, smoothies, and flavors for both coffee and energy/refresher drinks. The baristas seem to take the fall for it all! When in reality it’s the managers problem for constantly under-ordering!! This is beyond frustrating and I will now be driving to Benbrook and not giving my money to this establishment anymore. I’ve worked in the food service industry for years of my life. And if there’s one thing I know, it’s that the manager is not fit to run this stand. Disappointing.

We got our drinks but they didn’t bring our waters. We waited and were finally the only car in line so the guy (Ray) at the podium went inside to make our waters. The two girls who were supposed to be making drinks were standing there talking so he went inside to make our waters and Melissa (girl making drinks) turned around and took a photo of him making our drinks. They both had a bad attitude (Melissa and other girl making drinks) while Ray went out of his way to make great conversation with us and make sure we were taken care of. The girls were careless while making our drinks and made the energy drink completely wrong. 10 stars for Ray as he’s the ONLY employee at this location that has ever given us a great experience. 0 stars for the shop as a whole.
