  OK, so I just went to your store and it is totally the most horrible place I’ve ever seen non-welcoming customer service whatsoever stood at the desk waiting for them to take my order for more than 30 minutes. They never turned around and even greeted me or said anything or even tried to take my order so I go to your kiosk. I will take 20 minutes to type in everything I want to put in an order because it doesn’t work very well and then on top of that I get ready to pay on it and it clears completely and then employee tells me it is company policy that they don’t welcome anybody in when somebody standing at the front register waiting that they’re not supposed to help them. But it’s company policy and it was being really rude and really a poor demeanor on the way he was talking to people and all he could say is company policy company policy company policy definitely won’t be back to this establishment. I was literally trying to order $57 worth of food and the guy was rude as hell.

  My kids order hard taco meat and cheese only the amount of meat and cheese they put in the taco was disrespectful don't play with my kids food lady was real nice and fixed it but im not the only one that was having issues

  Took 15 minutes for an app order had to pull around during an empty drive through. All of my food came out wrong(except the drink)

  Every time we've gone they've made us pull around front and wait 10-30 minutes for our meal. Most of the time we're literally the only customers. It's always bad, done wrong, etc. Today we watched them double the ice in our cups to give us less drink than we paid for. I watched someone with a mobile order wait 30 minutes, and then just get up and leave because it took so long. The food is always either over or undercooked. We used to love Taco Bell but this location alone has turned us away. I'd literally rather drive 20+ minutes to WF to get a competitors food.
