It's always bad, done wrong, etc. Today we watched them double the ice in our cups to give us less drink than we paid for. I watched someone with a mobile order wait 30 minutes, and then just get up and leave because it took so long. The food is always either over or undercooked. We used to love Taco Bell but this location alone has turned us away. I'd literally rather drive 20+ minutes to WF to get a competitors food.
