  This location says on Google that it closes at 9PM. I ordered on the app for pick up at 8:32PM and paid through the app. I got there at 8:35PM and the lobby doors were locked. There were at least 5 visible employees inside, at least two of them behind the counter looked right at me at the front door, and one of which walked right by the door and looked right at me as I was knocking but she ignored me and kept walking. At that moment, another guest walked up behind us outside and said she had just gone through the drive through and was told she had to go inside to get her order but nobody was opening the doors to let us in to get our orders. There were other guests inside the establishment at the time and employees actually instructed those guests to open the doors to let us inside. I got my order after the guests let us inside. I will not be going back here.

  I went through the drive thru and stated it was my first time. First of all; they are way over priced, had to remove an item. Once I received my order I was missing my bag of chips. Second; I thought about it; I had no silverware, no napkins, no service whatsoever. When I went inside the atmosphere was quiet and girls looked unhappy, I politely talked to them regarding my situation; How are you going to serve someone a salad with no silverware, a sandwich with no packets of mayo or mustard. Also how are you going to forget the chips. I had to get everything myself (might as well eat inside) Terrible customer service and terrible service. The food one the other hand wasn’t bad will eat here again just wish for better service and a smile doesn’t kill no one.

  Very disappointing I ordered the chicken noodle soup. Literally 1 noodle - nothing creamy. 2 small pieces of chicken. Thumbs down

  I’m sick so have been eating at the new Panera on Singing Oaks in Bulverde 4 times a week . This Panera sucks . Missing pickles missing chips and missing cheese today . I need to start driving an additional 15 minutes down 281S …
