- KHKevin Hardwick6 days ago2.0Do not expect this to be a Panera that you know and love from other locations. Tiny dining room that is bright and sterile. Cheap tables and chairs. No warmth or coziness. Not the kind of place for lingering. Fast food version of a traditional Panera. Push-button machine coffee instead of hot brewed coffee, and you have to order using the touchpad kiosks. This is a drive-thru location at best. Not sure why they decided Bulverde did not deserve a real Panera.

- TLTricia LambertDec 22, 20252.0We visited this location for the first time yesterday. I’m not a fan of the ordering kiosks, but that’s my personal issue. I went to use the bathroom upon arrival, and the cleanliness was deplorable. The entire toilet bowl was disgusting with trash overflowing. Tables were dirty and the trash area for you to put your trash upon leaving was overflowing with trash having to be left on counter above. Food was “ok” but definitely overpriced for the quality. My question…guests, place their own orders, pick up their food, remove trash from tables…there isn’t enough time for employees to address trash and cleanliness? We will NOT be returning.
