  Came here after moving all day being exhausted at 10pm when they close at 1030pm. PAIGE helped me and was SO NICE. Food was fresh and made correctly. Parking lot clean. Very pleased!

  When deciding on a place to eat, I require something snappy, something mischievous, and even a little precocious. Sonic is a place where what it is is exactly what they call themselves. Sonic the hedgehog that is. Not only was the service snappy like Sonic, it was a tad bit cartoony. My dearest worker who took my order said "20 dollars and 3 pennies" AHAHAHA he could've totes said 3 cents. But like the mischievous man he is, he said pennies. Next time he better say gimme a Jackson AM I RIGHT? Anyway, as I dwell on my experience at this location, I stay hopeful, I stay yearning for something more. Until I get something more, this place will remain 5 stars not only on Google reviews but also in my heart.

  Normally when you ask for cheese fries they put the cheese on the fries but I guess whoever was working tonight didn’t get that memo.

  I placeed a mobile order and I want to start off by saying the drink they gave me in their typical Styrofoam cups busted all over me in my truck... second how do you mess one wakey pack up if you get the other correct... 2 identical wakey packs and one comes with cheese!? Cheese don't come on them and that's what my kids expected!! And my kids were both so mad about only ONE PICKLE!! Another thing.. I ordered the cheesy baja crispy chicken wrap... it comes with the chicken, tortilla, shredded cheese, zesty cheese, lettuce and tomato, I ordered 2 without tomato's. I didn't get shredded cheese but I sure did get a lot of onion and tomatoes.... i also had 4 groovy sauses yet I didnt have any in the bag. Im beyond disappointed at this place!!

  After receiving our food, we noticed 2 of our items were missing the cheese that were supposed to be on it. Now, these are not items we had to add cheese to, but already come with cheese (Breakfast Toaster). So I went back to the button to let them know we didn't get cheese on our sandwiches, while the person who "answered" the call was polite and said they would fix it, another person (guy) in the back clearly and loudly said "there was cheese on those, watch when they bring it back I'll show you." All we wanted was our food fixed the way we ordered it, we weren't rude and didn't ask for anything extra, that comment was COMPLETELY uncalled for!
