  Horrible. Couldn't get order right x2 and then were rude when asked for them to correct it. Receipt was correct they just didn't pay attention. bowl of pints and cheese was less than half full mostly red sauce.

  Great service at this Taco Bell. Rita was so kind and helpful. Food was fresh and the whole experience was smooth.

  I tried to order through the app and it took my order somewhere else so I had to order again never got my money back PS no one use the app here

  If I could leave zero stars I would. Your manager Leah needs to be fired because she doesn’t know how to be nice to people or never learned that in the food business the customer is always right and doesn’t comprehend how the beans and rice bowl is supposed to be made. She is incompetent on her menu and how everything is put together. I asked politely if I could come to the window to take my order because she stated she could not hear me. She told me no I can’t do that because we’re on a timer in a very rude manner and tone I should add. I’ve never been to a Taco Bell that didn’t ask me to pull forward when they couldn’t hear me. Every fast food place does that because their customer comes first. Then after I paid for my food I asked if the gentleman at the window could charge me for another Dr Pepper. I was told no that I would have to go back through the drive through. There was nobody behind me. Poor customer service. Don’t eat here if you want great customer service. I will be calling the GM at Pilot to fix this issue. I also have proof that I very well can pull up to the window. Thanks. I also wrote a review and called headquarters. Also have proof that I can also add an order if I need to at the window: Let’s post that one too.

  Late night food run on a Sunday. The drive thru lady was very pleasant. Order came fast. Food was surprisingly good!
