Today waited at the drive thru speaker with customers in front, then went inside and the worker was on their personal phone and did not acknowledge the other customer and I that had walked in. I’m in customer service so I understand the frustration of being the only person taking on every role, but communication. Chime out to the speakers and let them know something and the same with the people on the inside. I did not order.
