  Everytime we come here and order... its 99% wrong. Charging (20 cents) for salsa packets and not putting them in a drive through order is so basic. Don't make it a point to tell us its an upcharge and not put it in the bag. Sarme drive through employee, every time. Do better!

  Really disappointed with our meal and service. My wife received a physical contaminate in her cantina bowl from our drive through order. A piece of plastic from a food service bag. After calling and speaking to the manager he said he had a good idea what it was. Passed me to the AGM Amanda. Then Amanda told me the GM would come in at 7pm and call me. No phone call from them, no follow up. And no refund for what is a clear and blatant critical health code violation.

  My entire family got sick from this location. Within 30 minutes of eating their food. Not coincidence. This is the first time it’s happened. When I talked to my doctor they explained food poisoning is common with mishandling food and if the food is sat out for hours especially with certain foods like meat, eggs, and potatoes. Well we all got a burrito with meat, dairy, and potatoes. We were served by teenagers. Looking at the other comments this place is a mess and their teenage workers are not being managed and taught correctly which is a management issue. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Corporate needs to get involved

  They always get orders wrong regardless of ordering in store or for delivery. They miss items a lot too so always double check your bag/order

  I ordered NO sour cream and all 3 tacos had it. Paid extra for supreme tacos and then couldn't eat them. No one answers the phone to address my complaint. Picked up the food today at 12:45. No credit card service either. Cash only so someone is banking unreported sales.
