  Unfortunately, my last several experiences here have been subpar. When the order is correct, the freshness of the food is questionable, and, if you've ever had real McDonald's french fries fresh from the grease, You will be disappointed with the French fries they produce. Even on simple orders I have been sent to wait and the number parking spots. Twice I've had to walk inside after waiting for over 7 minutes for a double cheeseburger, fries, and a large Coke. You definitely want to check your bag before you drive away. Do not trust that your order is going to be accurate. We have been going to this McDonald's for almost 20 years, but it's really just in the last two or three years that everything has really fallen off a cliff.

  Use the app today. You know when you get through the drive, and the first thing is, did you use the app. Which we did and it tells you when it's ready. And that's when we drove there. So our answer was yes, I gave them the code. Remind you there is always a long line at this location. I asked do I go around or stay in line. She said to stay in line. I then asked the window person, how do there customers benefit from using there mobile app , if you have to wait in this line. She said you dont benefit from it. So I said my food is ready and is getting cold. She just apologized and blew me off. Went to the second window. Ask for the manager. During this time I was on the phone trying to call inside. Called 5 times No one answered. A young lady came to the window. I asked her the same question. She had the same answer. Then the young man gave me a juice and asked me to pull up. to wait for my order.I calmly said. You mean it's not ready. He slammed the window shut. I waited he gave me my order. All the fries were old and cold. So no point in using the app for this location. It makes you wonder if there even following policies and procedures???

  I received the wrong order. Manager came and told me I didn’t get the wrong order. I showed my receipt and she walked away and didn’t come back. Never got 2 drinks I paid for and food I did get was cold and disgusting

  Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Got my order completely wrong , after I told the window lady exactly what I wanted . Got it wrong twice in a row. The sweet tea taste like sewer water . The cashier was rude everything about the experience was absolutely horrible. I almost never wanna eat at the franchise again after this . I’ve never left a review ever in my life this location was so bad that I’m taking time out of my lunch to let other people know to not come here . Place needs to be demolished . Absolutely horrible would not recommend
