Don't bother after 10pm the employees pretend no one is in the restaurant and avoid the window service at all costs.

Avoid at all cost. Service for mobile orders is not up to standards. They cancel food orders. Be sure to check your utensils before leaving as well.

Window staff seem unfriendly, almost as if they hate working there. An acknowledgement and a simple smile, a hello would be nice. How about, "can I get you anything else?" , or ,"here's your order, have a nice day". They just seem like robots with flat affects, handing the bags to you quickly then closing the door and turning around quickly. Rude.
Take a lesson from Chicfila staff right next door.

I visit every day for the same order. They used to be excellent, but today it was disappointing. I ordered breakfast hotcakes, steak, and a large iced coffee. I waited nearly 15 minutes at the second window. When I finally received my order, the iced coffee was small and full of ice. The staff member was rude when I asked about this. She seemed very angry, and I couldn't understand why. I called management and left a voicemail, but no one returned my call. I usually think this is the best McDonald's I’ve seen, but today’s service was poor. My marketing class taught me that it’s best not to return to a place where you receive resentful customer service. By the way, the male cashier was excellent.
