- NDNASIB DADWAL5 days ago1.0I came to this H-E-B location to renew my vehicle registration, but the blue sticker they printed came out completely blank. It wasn’t showing anything at all. Instead of fixing the problem or checking their printer properly, the staff simply told me, “Our printer is not working, you can go to the Tax Title office.” This was very disappointing. If the machine is not working, they should check it before helping customers. I wasted my time coming here, and they didn’t offer any real help or solution. H-E-B is supposed to provide reliable service, but this experience was unprofessional and very frustrating. They need to maintain their equipment and make sure the printers are working before sending customers away.

Also if you’re disabled they’re doing construction and they keep all the carts in an impossible to access area and they don’t charge them. When I tried to talk to a manager the first one walked away from me (I’m on crutches so it made it hard to follow). Don’t go to this HEB if you have a disability or want reliability.
