Instead of fixing the problem or checking their printer properly, the staff simply told me, “Our printer is not working, you can go to the Tax Title office.” This was very disappointing. If the machine is not working, they should check it before helping customers. I wasted my time coming here, and they didn’t offer any real help or solution. H-E-B is supposed to provide reliable service, but this experience was unprofessional and very frustrating. They need to maintain their equipment and make sure the printers are working before sending customers away.
