Had a miserable experience with one of the check out clerks today. Said hello to her by her name on her tag. She immediately corrected the pronunciation in an aggressive, belligerent way. No hello, or how are you. I apologized for the incorrect pronunciation and then asked her how her day was going. She ignored me! Don’t wear a tag if you don’t want an incorrect pronunciation. Or better yet, stay away from front line customer service. Go stack shelves or clean bathrooms where you can be miserable alone. HEB Buda is not a great store. Will take my shopping to Kyle in future. Hopefully there are better trained frontline staff.

On a very busy Friday I had to grab some money orders and did not realize I did not have my card. I was not able to do tap to pay but the cashier waa exceptionally nice despite the long line I was creating. Thank you for your patience

This place is literally the nastiest store I've ever seen Only heb in Buda and they sell out of date food, the maintenance crew looks like they have been on vacation for 3 weeks, partners look like they wanna kill themselves, and perishable departments look like they have the most rusty broken machines cooking our food. Worst heb. Save some time to go to the Kyle one up the road.

Where does H-E-B source its meat?

H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
