Taylor and the rest of the team have given great recommendations when I’m not in the mood for my regular iced Americano. Their Dugar free Rainbro is delicious! Oh and the sticker drops! I mean what other coffee place gives you the cool stickers. I never miss a drip or drop. 🤪

The drinks are always made and we are always greeted with smiles and happiness and pure energy. I’ve literally had my days made better because of the staff of this Dutch Bros. Too much chit-chatting most of the time it looks like people that some of the workers know already ,they don't tell them to pull up to the window so they could get their drinks or food. I get it it's nice to see people that you know when you're at work but they need to know you're at work. We will try a different location but not Buda. Sorry I'm not going through the support line because I believe it won't help...
- HMHeather MNov 9, 20251.0Held hostage in the drive thru today for over 25 min of line barely moving. I let them keep my $11 order so I could leave after 25 min with 4 cars to go (started with 8 ahead of me). Thankfully another driver ler me get out safely.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
