  Unprofessional service. In the drive thru I requested to see a menu as there was none visible. The employee continued to ask me what I was looking for. I requested a menu a second time. At the menu after telling him my order clearly, he asked me to repeat myself and kept calling me boss man. Not the professional service I was expecting. I understand it’s fast food, but this experience rubbed me the wrong way.

  The mobile ordering at this location, flat out doesn't work. On two separate occasions, we've put in mobile orders (charged for the order, reiciept confirmation, check in links) only to be told the order is "not there." The second time it happened, a manager attempted to make it right, but we still didn't get what was placed in the online order, and our kale salads were missing the almond packets. If you want food to go, best bet at this location is to go through the drive through or go inside and get it to go.

  Just wanted to say what a wonderful location this was for me, Brayan and the Manager were very helpful and went above and beyond for me yesterday when I had an issue with my car. The staff was very pleasant as well.

  Today 03/28/2026 is my little sister’s birthday and a month ago was her 4 year anniversary of her passing. It had started as a bleak day then my cousin called to let me know that she was having car trouble. The universe allowed her car to have trouble at the most wonderful location, at Chick-fil-a in Buda on 1626 which is so new it’s not even on the Yelp map. I would like to thank Brayan, Brian, and a third unnamed hero who provided his tools. I am so thankful for the wonderful team at this location that went above and beyond to help 2 women in need. May life fill you with blessings every day!! I have no words to describe the gratitude for the that kindness that was granted to us today.   The drive through was easy and fast the customer service with Destiny who took our order was amazing and she was so sweet. She even asked to scan my app, which most don’t do. The girl who gave us our food was extremely sweet and knowledgeable and gave us samples of their new drink. This is the best location in the Buda and Kyle area.
