  2/26/2026 Big Texas Special.. 😩 What is going on at this location. Every pizza we have gotten {4} has had absolutely NO pizza sauce whatsoever!

  This store has to suffer a negative feedback due of their customer service I placed a order at the incorrect location trying to order my kids food I used the chat system that was offered and it was a horrible experience it had an actual person name as if it’s not a robot which i highly suspect it. Due of it not having no remorse of my trouble Long story short my family didn’t get to eat because I spent my money on the only place that was open that I wanted to feed my kids I was told I have to wait until my transaction is processed on my account to receive credits that shouldn’t be the case also what makes it even more worse is that I had to provide my entire life plus my order and store I get some verification but all of that was entirely to much this was my second time eating Pizza Hut this is my absolute last time ever plus once all of the locations get closed down I won’t be missing it at all. Back to my other wonderful options out there….

  The Pizza Hut off Villa Maria in Bryan consistently delivers excellent service. Every visit is quick and easy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They greet you as soon as you walk in and are more than happy to help with your order, making the entire experience smooth and efficient. The positive attitude of the team really sets this location apart. It’s clear they take pride in providing great customer service. Because of the consistency and professionalism here, I won’t go to any other Pizza Hut. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast service, friendly staff, and a great overall experience.
