  Took over two hours to get our order delivered and it was still wrong whenever we reviewed it. When we tried to call and see what the issue was, we were put on hold multiple times. If I could give a lower review I would.

  Horrible customer service, the lady who gave our order “y_ips -029979” is what it says on the receipt…seemed to be in a bad mood, gave the lady in-front of me smart remarks when she was confirming her order, then cashier rolls her eyes when handing our order and pushes it in my hands. Not my usual Pizza Hut I come to but definitely not coming back.

  The owner should most definitely take better care of his employees go in on this winter freeze to get pizza it’s 30 degrees outside and I bet it was all of 35 degrees inside and all they had to try and warm it up was a plug in space heater are we for real right now? That’s insane more worried about profit then making sure employees have adequate Heating and ac for weather conditions

  I just picked up my order and the cashier (heavier set female with glasses and poofy hair) was absolutely horrible. Literally not one word through the entire process. I was definitely a burden to her by picking my food up. Terrible terrible service here.

  They do a great job, but it's that I dislike waiting for someone to come to the register n that's the only problem I have, but over all they r polite n great employees. Thank u
