  The service was horrible and I ordered only one patty on the big arch and they gave me no patties. I’m not happy. Don’t go there they suck.

  The last three times I have ordered ahead and customized my order they have ignored my customizations and either added extra of what I asked to get removed or just made it normal. You would think I'd learn to pick a different location at this point, but in the past they have been on top of things so I keep hoping it will go back to how it was. I even called on the second time and was offered the option to get a replacement but I needed to remember the person's name and honestly I forgot it before I even got off the phone. So yeah unless you don't need to customize your order I'd stay clear of this location.

  Please watch over this worker named charlie. I caught him using his phone in the bathroom while he told me to wait a bit for my food when he said he would serve it on my family's table. We waited around 40 minutes which is a bit too long for a "fast food" restaurant.

  There are some of the rudest people working at this location, and it is one of the slowest in town. We were not impressed with the customer service, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you want bad customer service and a looooooooooooong wait time for fast food, go to this location.
