- ODOnur DerunJan 26, 20261.0I’ve been waiting in the drive-thru for 40 minutes. The only explanation I keep getting is: “We have a big order we’re preparing.” Okay… whose big order is this? Four cars went ahead of me, and now there’s no car behind me at all. So it’s not the cars in front of me, not me, and not behind me either. What’s even more ridiculous is that people who arrived much later were told the exact same excuse. If there really is such a huge order, why block the entire line instead of serving other customers? Or just be honest and say you’re understaffed or overwhelmed. It’s Sunday at noon, and a McDonald’s that can’t prepare orders for five people is honestly shocking. About 15 people left the line angry. I stayed out of pure stubbornness. This wasn’t fast food — it was slow-motion food. Keep lose customers .
