  Very bad service and lazy employees. The manager acts like she doesn’t want to be there her employees are horrible workers. Everybody who worked on 4/9/2026 around 3:30-4:28pm, especially the kitchen did a terrible job. When I first got my order I asked for extra mayonnaise on my mcchicken, they purposely put a smidge of mayonnaise with no lettuce. I went back and asked for my whole order to be remade so my food can be fresh together. They gave me cold soggy mixed with stale fries and forgot my chicken nuggets. I frequently go to this McDonald’s and I’m pretty sure they will know who this is. Next time I come I’m checking every single piece of food I order in the drive thru. I don’t care about holding up the line, if you can’t handle customer service jobs then don’t work them period. There is always something wrong with my order this is just the first time I’m saying something so every little mishap that happens I’m complaining because if it’s never brought to your attention you guys won’t do right but I bet you will if you have to repeatedly remake the same order more than once. Do better.

  Ordered a Big Arch meal, and got a Big Mac meal instead, with no drink. I don't expect much from fast food, but some how this still disappointed me.

  Asked for extra tartar sauce on my sandwich and this is what I got...... I PAY 50 cents for extra tartar on 2 sandwiches. Pat yourself on the back you just STOLE a dollar. Do better mcdonalds. Seriously

  This McDonald's is a reliable go-to for a quick, hot meal delivered with consistent quality. The staff was surprisingly fast and friendly, ensuring the fries were perfectly salted and the burgers were fresh. It is easily one of the cleanest and most efficient locations I’ve visited lately!

  Employee's are great and very patient and always smiling even though the McDonald's isn't big enough considering the location and some of the customers are not very friendly
