    No matter how busy they are they still manage to serve lukewarm food and several times they miss items but it’s not even worth the drive back

    The only reason I'm giving 2 stars in service is because we usually receive fairly friendly service from the employee working the window. Other than that, this location is continually a disappointment. We've paid for "extras" and, on more than one occasion, not received the extras we paid for. It'd be one thing if every single thing wasn't an add-on of typically $0.60 or more, but come on. That adds up, and to not get what you paid for is aggravating. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra while to go to the location off of 21.

    I don't often eat at Taco Bell, but was meeting someone here for an online purchase. I decided to go in and grab a drink and maybe something to eat. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the restaurant was and was even more surprised at the level of service. I was greeted when I came in, was waited on immediately and the young lady behind the counter was friendly and polite. Great experience and if I find myself in the area again, will definitely stop in.
