We were not impressed with the customer service, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you want bad customer service and a looooooooooooong wait time for fast food, go to this location.

- NFNichole FordDec 25, 20253.0First off came yesterday night for the overnight shift which was Christmas Eve waited in line for minute and I noticed the people at the speaker was waiting to be assisted on me only having a DoorDash order I went around them to the window cause DoorDash do have time limits it wants to meet and no one was assisting the people at the speakers once I got the window a African American woman a little bit older came to assist me but I was met with attitude from the worker about skipping the line cause she wasn’t helping us at the speaker after waiting very long time I got the food but now ok Christmas Day I came for another order and the lobby was locked while all the other locations lobby was open they just brushed all us dashers off and tried to force us to stay ij the line so I had unassign from the order cause I had naither customer as well and also the line was literally to the store next door from so many people being forced to go to the line

The 2nd time I asked for no cheese and they added cheese to 2 of my burgers. I also ordered a hamburger plain and they added cheese to it.
- JLjohn lucaDec 6, 20251.0We were told to leave at 9:45 pm because they wanted to clean lobby early, I told manager ( vero ) per name tag ,the time on door said 10 pm and she advised me she could close when she wanted to , I made a negative comment and they called the police. Yet the whole time my family and I were dining there ,the kids / employees were playing fighting behind counter. Very poor environment. Ceo of McDonald's, yall need to do better ,I would start with management's employment . I'm taking this complaint to your desk !
