  There are some of the rudest people working at this location, and it is one of the slowest in town. We were not impressed with the customer service, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you want bad customer service and a looooooooooooong wait time for fast food, go to this location.

  I have came though as door dashing tonight the line was to the store they was moving up two cars at time so I got cut in front of the line and seen they had a lot of door dashes done but they manager was on the the head telling the cars to move up one at the time the manager was getting pretty hostile with us cars was leaving door dashers was getting upset

  First off came yesterday night for the overnight shift which was Christmas Eve waited in line for minute and I noticed the people at the speaker was waiting to be assisted on me only having a DoorDash order I went around them to the window cause DoorDash do have time limits it wants to meet and no one was assisting the people at the speakers once I got the window a African American woman a little bit older came to assist me but I was met with attitude from the worker about skipping the line cause she wasn’t helping us at the speaker after waiting very long time I got the food but now ok Christmas Day I came for another order and the lobby was locked while all the other locations lobby was open they just brushed all us dashers off and tried to force us to stay ij the line so I had unassign from the order cause I had naither customer as well and also the line was literally to the store next door from so many people being forced to go to the line

  The last 2 times I've ordered they have messed up my order. The first time a asked for light sauce and they added mayo mustard and ketchup to my McRids. The 2nd time I asked for no cheese and they added cheese to 2 of my burgers. I also ordered a hamburger plain and they added cheese to it.

  We were told to leave at 9:45 pm because they wanted to clean lobby early, I told manager ( vero ) per name tag ,the time on door said 10 pm and she advised me she could close when she wanted to , I made a negative comment and they called the police. Yet the whole time my family and I were dining there ,the kids / employees were playing fighting behind counter. Very poor environment. Ceo of McDonald's, yall need to do better ,I would start with management's employment . I'm taking this complaint to your desk !
