I also paid extra for extra lettuce and mayo and didn’t receive either of those, in fact received less than they would usually put on there. I understand having bad days but punishing people by messing up food they paid for just cause you didn’t want to make it?? Even tho that’s what you’re paid for, but okay. Ordered a strawberry milkshake with our food, the people at the second window giving us our drinks were loudly talking about how they didn’t want to make the shake, said to each other “you order it you make it” then had us pull into the curbside to wait for our food and shake. Got the food in about 3-5 mins and then waited another 15 minutes for the shake while three employees asked us what we were waiting for, finally the last guy who asked (the only one who seemed to care) got them to make the shake and brought out THIS attempt at a strawberry milkshake and said “they told me to have you try it and see if it’s okay because it doesn’t look like strawberry to me, I’m really sorry” at this point we were running late to our plans and sick of being treated like a nuisance and ignored over a medium milkshake so we took the vanilla shake and left
