The address was to an abandoned lot, I panicked because I figured my order was randomly left! The curbside team did a great job on not abandoning my groceries instead they were taken back to the store and they called me to verify my address and deliver as soon as possible!! Thank you HEB for always saving the day

When we arrived to our vehicle, Diego was collecting carts across from us and asked us if we’d like help, he happily came over and helped us load up our groceries. I tried to tip him and he declined and said they are here to help. He also made sure to tell us we can request help any time. I feel this type of service is what HEB stands for, and there is a huge lack of it in today’s society. Diego didn’t help us because someone was watching, or because he wanted praise or recognition, he did it as a good person. I often go to the HEB on villa maria, but because of Diego, I will be sure to support the HEB on 21!!
