- ALAdam LaughlinNov 15, 20251.0Did an online order for pickup at the store and was sent an email confirmation with no eta or when to arrive at the store. I decided to give it 20mins and stopped by. Paid at the counter and then was told to have a seat and they’d let me know when it was ready. I checked in with the girl at the counter 3 different times asking how much longer and was just told “they’re working on it”. Finally after waiting over an hour and a half I asked them to refund my order. When the guy asked for my name, he said “we don’t have any orders for you”. I show my email order with the confirmation number and was told they can’t refund it. Then he runs to the back to get the manager and goes “oh your order is right here… it’s been sitting here the whole time”. So by the time I got home we had 2hr old pizza and a ruined evening without even an apology. Unacceptable customer service, especially since I asked for them to check multiple times and they clearly never did.

I haven’t tried the pizza yet, but I’ll be doing a separate review on that once I do. If the pizza rolls are any indication, I’m sure it’ll be just as good!
