- JJJourneyNov 15, 20252.0We went through the drive through. the lady at the window who took our order as well as served us was very short and rude with us. they also apparently don’t sell chocolate ice cream anymore. they also shorted the ice cream in my blizzard. not very happy with our service today, it left us feeling very unwelcome. we probably will not return.

Then when getting our order she proceeded to drop two cones into the fudge and finally got it on her third try making her more frustrated. The bigger lady came and gave us our other two items with an attitude worse than the older lady and slammed the door without giving me a chance to say anything. I’ve seen several complaints about the employees and I think this Dairy Queen needs to look into hiring different people that understand customer service.
