- MSm sApr 3, 20264.0Comparable to HEB. Prices on some items seem a little higher than the HEBs in Austin metro. Parking can be tough during peak hours, especially with RV or pulling a trailer. Deli has register so checking out goes quicker than main registers. Brownwood hasn't been over run by two particular demographics, so risk of unnecessary drama, rudeness, or other shenanigans is low.

It couldn't be done (they wouldn't refund it) & the store manager thru it in the trash (a male). He got mad when I asked for it... to give to the 🐶. I was really impressed that they had a Candy products from my childhood... And that's all😕🫤

She was very professional, pleasant, very fast and I was amazed at how well she handled her customers from start to finish. I needed to wait on another person that was shopping. I waited by the wall and she periodically checked on me to be sure that I was OK, all while never taking her attention away from her customers. I want to give her a big shout out for her attitude and skills.
