  This place is horrendously bad. Food is wrong or cold. Service is even worse with employees more engaged in fooling around than the customers. Went today for breakfast - sat at the box for 10 mimutes with not even a hello. Watched the other line pull through 3 cars. I had a mobile order so i just pulled up. After another 10 mins to get to the back window i get told they are out of something on my order and that it would have to be refunded. Get a receipt and it shows full charge. Get my food eventually and its just not good. I wont be back and from the looks of the other reviews here neither will have the town. The new ownership has driven this place straight to the crapper.

  This location. They had a ladder and tools just inside the entrance door. BLOCKING the entry. I am handicapped and walk with a walker. Thank goodness I Had my small walker with me. I had to close it as I squeezed by. No signs to warn me and the work of changing a light bulb was being done at NOON? Some elderly ladies came in after me and they were startled by the maintainance materials as well. Manager should have ordered repairs in off peak hours, warning signs should have been up, and the ladder should have been moved out of the way of the people coming in. Little kids would have loved to scamper up those steps. I am complaining as a disabled person. I love McDonalds and go to the one in my town 2 or 3 times a week for breakfast. I am travelling and select McDonalds because I can count on the quality. But this one was just dangerous. For ADA people and the elderly.

  I came to McDonald’s to get my daughter a kids meal and there was only fry’s and a toy…. I usually do like to get food from McDonald’s too… but this is a common occurrence and I live too far out the area to pick up an item or items to be replaced.

  We came in to grab lunch the GM was busy in a booth doing a interview we ordered our food it came out promptly the store was not that busy it was tapering down from a small lunch rush. So we had our meal and our teen wanted some ice cream I placed the order thru the app and I watched the manager CC bump it straight off the screen with out any one making the ice cream so I waited a full 30 min and I went an inquired about the order well CC SUCKED HER TEETH AT ME Like if I was the biggest inconvenience of her life. I watched a girl make the order and put it at drive thru window as she was verbally instructed to do by CC about 2 min passes and CC once again with a attitude turned on he heels and ask what else I needed I just let her know I was still waiting for my daughter's ice cream she sucks her teeth at me even louder and is visible irritated I'm even at the counter or even in the store at this point. No wonder y'all can't keep employees if your "manager" can't be approchable from a paying customer just inquiring about a order God only knows how she treat the team. She is an absolute nightmare !!!!! After my husband seen how she was treating me he suggested talking to the GM but he was on a call about someone's SSN so we just left. Was we left CC decided to make comments about me in Spanish well jokes on you cause I understand ever word you spoke and I was not a witch to you in any aspect of our visit and if you hate your job that much maybe self reflect on you career choices I've been in the food industry for 23 yrs 10 of them being management I would NEVER allow any of my team treat anyone like this! Maybe food service is just not for you and your attitude shows that

  I've given this mcdonalds multiple chances to improve through my entire week of being in Brownwood. I thought tk myself that one bad experience was just unfortunate,second was just coincidence,third might have been a fluke. Every time I've been to this establishment, I've had a bad experience with extremely long wait times(including tonight). Was told upon pulling up to the speaker that they are closing an hour early and most of all special items cannot be ordered. Since I was getting two double meat cheeseburgers,it was no big issue. I spend 33 minutes in line from the time I ordered to the time I got my food,could visibly see managers and staff playing around in the building while the line of cars was wrapped around the building. There was no consideration for wait times and no consideration for quality of food as it came out dry and a complete wreck. Looked like a fifth graders art project. Ive lost all interest and hope within this location.
