  I waited 30 minutes for my order and when I asked about if they were close to getting to it they couldn't find my slip with my order. Very understaffed and poor organization!!! Needs better management for sure!! Always have to wait at least 20 minutes when we go there. I thought it was supposed to be "Fast Food"?? I highly recommend avoid going there!!

  I have given several chances before writing this. But yall are the worst McDonald's ive ever been to. I've been to a lot my husband is a trucker. Today was the last straw, I ordered a burger with no pickles no onions and got onions. Plus it was 100% old and had the extra bonus of a very long hair in it! That on top of always dirty tables, always taking a hour or so to get old cold food. I was a regular despite all that, and am done.

  This McDonald’s has gone to hell over the last few years. Prices have gone way up for lower quality food. Fine, everything has gone up…. However if you have been to our local Whataburger you expect the wait to be around 20 minutes. Let me tell you, Whataburger is way quicker. I just went to McDonald’s at 1:56pm. Got my food at 2:34pm.. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. That is all. Of note the only reason I went here today was because I was given a free sandwich coupon from my cousin. A month or 2 ago she foolishly went here because she was out of creamer. She ordered a coffee. Took them an hour to get it to her and it was missing the shot of caramel she asked for. Unbelievable. Shut this stupid place down if you can’t manage to run it properly!!

  Waited in drive thru for 45 mins, ordered 15 ahead on the mobile app for breakfast. Just for them to tell me at the LAST window. Not the intercom, or the second window. The last one. They won't be firing my order. Because I was at intercom a few mins past breakfast, and it didn't matter if I ordered way before and was stuck in line. And I "should" get a refund in 3-5 days and If not come back to the store. When it shows on my app I received my food, like it wasn't cancelled. Female Manager who wears the Covid mask is absolutely horrible. Never had a bad experience till now. Why can't you just tell me at intercom you have no intention on making my food, it's a few past, issue a refund and let me go on my way not have me wait another 30 mins in line.

  placed an online order that included 3 burgers, 2 fries, a dr.pepper and a medium strawberry smoothie. For one, the drive thru worker gave a careless tone as we gave the code for our order. As we get up to the drive thru it took 10+ minutes for the worker to hand us our food and drinks, as well as the large fry being half full, and poured all into the bag. The medium smoothie we ordered came out as a small, and we waited for 20+ minutes to tell the worker we needed the order corrected. we tried to go inside but there was no one available to talk to at the front. we ended up just leaving with messes up meals and regrets of ordering here.
