  Paid for my order and when i pulled up the attendant ask for me to pay a different total, i let her know how much my total was and she said she couldnt find my order, i showed her my total on my debit transaction and i was told i would need to pay again.

  This 7Brew location is one of the WORST locations that I have visited. The customer service is AWFUL. The first time I came through the line, the employee walked away with my card in hand to go talk to one of his friends. Beyond unprofessional behavior. Every other time I have gone through the line I have hoped for a better experience, and yet I am truly disappointed every time with the lack of kindness and friendliness with conversations. As a previous barista, I know how important it is to be friendly and talkative with customers. REGARDLESS of how I am feeling, it is ALWAYS important to make the customer feel welcome and cared for by the baristas. My last straw was when I went this morning and as I went through the line I was greeted by unfriendliness. Every 7Brew I have gone to, they have been conversational and so welcoming. As a result of this, I know what kind of service to expect from 7Brew and this one is beyond lacking. When we got to the front of the line, the girl who was on Lane 2, Jennifer, refused to talk to us in addition to having her back turned to us the entire time we were waiting. Not a single greeting, smile, or “how’re you doing?” In addition to this kind of attitude, I had asked about the way that my drink tasted. I had asked if they had used sugar free toasted marshmallow syrup(because they got sugar free toasted marshmallow syrup on the 1st of January). She then proceeded to be snarky with me about how they do not have SF toasted marshmallow, which is wrong. Not knowing the menu is additionally unprofessional as you are then unable to accurately help customers. I am extremely disappointed in this 7Brew and the continued disappointment that I experience here.
