The first time I came through the line, the employee walked away with my card in hand to go talk to one of his friends. Beyond unprofessional behavior. Every other time I have gone through the line I have hoped for a better experience, and yet I am truly disappointed every time with the lack of kindness and friendliness with conversations. As a previous barista, I know how important it is to be friendly and talkative with customers. REGARDLESS of how I am feeling, it is ALWAYS important to make the customer feel welcome and cared for by the baristas. My last straw was when I went this morning and as I went through the line I was greeted by unfriendliness. Every 7Brew I have gone to, they have been conversational and so welcoming. As a result of this, I know what kind of service to expect from 7Brew and this one is beyond lacking. When we got to the front of the line, the girl who was on Lane 2, Jennifer, refused to talk to us in addition to having her back turned to us the entire time we were waiting. Not a single greeting, smile, or “how’re you doing?” In addition to this kind of attitude, I had asked about the way that my drink tasted. I had asked if they had used sugar free toasted marshmallow syrup(because they got sugar free toasted marshmallow syrup on the 1st of January). She then proceeded to be snarky with me about how they do not have SF toasted marshmallow, which is wrong. Not knowing the menu is additionally unprofessional as you are then unable to accurately help customers. I am extremely disappointed in this 7Brew and the continued disappointment that I experience here.

I spend my money at this store frequently and I expect friendly service, not entitled young ladies who clearly do not want to be at work. Do better! or I won’t spend my money at your store.

Pulled into the drive thru (which is all they have, no inside service), young man walks up to the car with a tablet to take our order. We ask where the menu is. He said there is "supposed to be a sign with a qr code to scan but its not out". Directed us to try and scan the one on the building wall, about 50 yards away, which clearly did not work. He stood there looking at us with a blank stare, the "duh factor" was high. He made no offer of any way to solve our problem, made no drink recommendations, did not tell us anything that was on the menu, had no inclination to do anything, except wait for us to order blindly, he just stood there looking braindead. So we left. Will not be pulling into a 7 brew anywhere.

The were running a “Free Kids Drink & Santa Postacard with ANY purchase” today 12/13. I did not have my child with me as I was on my way to pick her up at her grandparents house before her birthday party. I was told by a snotty teenager with an attitude that my child is supposed to be with me in the vehicle. If there are certain rules to your giveaway days, you may want to be more clear on it. I would’ve been understanding if that young lady hadn’t treated me in such a disgusting way. You lost a frequent customer after today.
