  called to tell me they didn’t have meatballs for sandwich, telling me to cancel the order myself knowing i can’t do that. came in store let them know i didn’t want it and lady on duty (10/16/25 @ 9:33pm) starting arguing asking “why don’t i want it,” i love subway but what a horrible experience.

  Well, idk what is going on with this subway or just subway in general. Use to (past tense) serve great now (PRESENT TIME). It is the worst. Came in to try that new items they have chicken salad wrap they tell you (you can not omit or substitute items) served just as is is what you get is what you get. So fine, but if I do, then stop being so damn shysty and put actual chicken salad and not just the whole dbl, triple veggies. Good grief, mate. It's also bad because it is a cold wrap it's cold that the bread thing breaks just a mess, and then they have the new side kicks. omg, where should I start. Let me put it this way. You're better off buying your own cold cuts at a Deli than here. Because I got the chicken, and idk if the gurl was not taught right or it's a subway thing. They grab the chicken cubes and literally continue to hand shread the chicken smaller as if she is ready to roll a.... u know what I mean the shystiest serving ever as if every little piece of cube chicken is accounted for for this side kick we'll let me tell you $3.00 is $3.00 but for that (bread) you've already bought a loaf of bread at gro. Store. But the items on this thing were a joke. The pictures will show you proof. You're actually eating just the darn bread and nothing inside. Sheesh Subway get a grip looks nothing like your poster pictures as advertised it is totally False Advertisement looks good in pic (poster board) but in reality Negative it dont....maybe my picture should be on that flyer to really show customer what they get for that price. Your way is to say It's an easy way to sell our bread less product in our sandwiches. Oh, but when it comes to veggies, your salad is seriously too old, yellow lettus...🤦‍♀️ overall people, it is not worth it subways are not what they used to be. The word in their Motto Fresh is by far from the truth, not fresh. Maybe in the morning, fresh bread means sitting there all day and getting hard.
