  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Sonic Drive-In was bad enough to warrant one. I ordered a chili cheese coney and instead received what can only be described as a sloppy, poorly assembled mess. It looked like it had been thrown together with zero care or quality control. What made things worse was the response from management. When I calmly asked whether they genuinely believed this was a product worth serving to a customer, I was told, “I think it was done pretty good, looks good. I’d eat it with a fork and enjoy it.” That response alone says everything about the standards being upheld here. This isn’t just about one bad item—it’s about a culture where this level of quality is considered acceptable. To confirm my concern, I visited other locations and ordered the same item, and the difference in quality was night and day. I even reached out to the Operating Partner and received a generic response: “Thank you for your feedback, we will address this with our team.” No accountability, no real resolution. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but let’s be honest—what was served was pathetic. Customers deserve better than this.

  The workers are always kind and helpful. The food is okay. A few times the ice cream machine has been out of service. They doubled booked the volleyball court. They refunded me but I wasn’t able to play.

  Food was really good but the cookies and cream ice cream tasted really watered down, too much cream and not enough crunch left a weird aftertaste

  Went by today, press the red button to order and was working for a little bit, but then the whole screen turned off and tried scanning the QR code to do it through the app does not work either. So I guess they stop service at 3:00pm, couldn’t get any help.

  Went and decided to try their smash burger meal and it was pretty good. Service was fast and attendant was nice. Food came out hot. Family enjoys coming here for snacks like their mozzarella sticks and love the tots. Pretzel stick with cheese are nice as well. Enjoy their shakes daughter's loves their slushies especially the strawberry ones. I do recommend this place. They do have a volleyball court also.
