  I really didn't want to write this, but after the response I got on the phone when I talked to a manager (won't say her full name, but it begins with a "D"), I decided to... On Easter Sunday morning, I placed an order for 4 Big Breakfast meals with Hotcakes and a breakfast biscuit. We picked up the order around 845am... about an hour and a half later, we start eating the meals at home, and we notice that one of the hotcakes in the Big Breakfast had a very clear bite mark, as if someone had taken a bite into the order we were just served. Needless to say, we were shocked. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know... I wasn't sure if a) they'd given us a meal they'd given to someone else by mistake, b) they were re-using food that wasn't fully eaten or c) a disgruntled kitchen staff member took a bit out of the pancake. Regardless, I thought I would call the manager and let them know what had happened. I wasn't looking for credit, I wasn't looking to have the food replaced, I was just letting them know. I am a small business owner, and I would appreciate being made aware if something like this had happened at my business. Well, I'll just leave it at "D's" response was one of not really caring about the situation, and offered to remake the order. Again, this was not about getting free food, it was about leadership doing something about it to try and determine what had happened. She showed no interest in caring that it had happened or even trying to figure out what had happened. For all I know, this was food that had been served to someone else and then re-packaged and served through the drive through. I don't know, but one thing was made clear, management clearly had no interest in this very obvious health-code violation.

  Worst customer service. Was the only customer at the register still took 10 minutes to get someone to help me get my order. They some how lost my order and refused to just make it again. Made me reorder and didn't honor the same price as app even though it was their fault.

  I went to here for vacation and I saw one of your workers ceaser I believe the young man that works there spit on one of the tables. And when I tried to confront him about it he went "to use the bathroom" and didn't come back
