  The food is made sloppy they always throw my fries in the bag and they end up at the bottom they're never fresh fries they're always reheated I don't know if it's because they're so busy or I don't know because I used to work at McDonald's and everything is timed and it's like just get the timers but I don't know like I don't know the situation All I know is that I'm tired of ordering 30 to $40 orders asking for cookies anything on the menu like I don't understand why they have to give my food to other people or just not give me my full order like I I don't know why they keep doing this to me I don't know if it's because of my car they see my car and they're like oh it's that lady cuz I sent my husband today and again they did not give me the cookies The last time I got down in person they gave me my full order but there was only nine cookies like I paid for 13 I waited I don't understand I called customer service I made complaints there's a whole order of like $15 that they didn't give to me they gave to a different person I've complained I've tried to get a refund I've tried to get the order again they won't do nothing someone called me on a Friday and I felt like they were just laughing that I had I guess the guts to complain to the 1-800 number but I spend a lot of money because I can't cook I'm not home all day I have a full day of schedules it is the fastest and most convenient way to feed myself my kids I don't understand what the prejudice is that I can't just have my order like I paid for it

  I go here WAY too often since it's close, but holy dude y'all need to learn how to READ. My order is wrong almost always, especially if it's for more than 1 person and theres a whopping five items ordered. Don't bother paying extra for any additions like cheese or anything like that because they won't remember it and if you go in and ask they just talk to me in spanish as if I don't know there's English speakers working. Also they will absolutely skimp you on every meal with cheese that aren't slices. If you need to call to complain, they disconnected their phone so good luck with that. Anyways if you're looking for a McDonald's with slow service (especially curbside), semi-helpful employees (unless you need anything other than what they can immediately give you), and maybe the correct order, then this is the place for you. Here's just one example of their incompetence. At least it has cheese I guess
