  Place an order inside at this McDonald’s order the big Mac with extra sauce. The cashier made it seem like it was very strange and what I was asking for was weird. The customer service was not good. Did not appreciate his tone either.

  Food was nasty and cold, they asked me what sauce I wanted for each meal and only ended up giving me ketchup instead of what I asked for.

  I went in to the location because curbside wasn’t working I received my order I had honey mustard instead of the sweet sour and honey and buffalo that I asked for so I asked the gentlemen for sweet and sour sauce he proceeded to let me know that it didn’t say sweet and sour it only says honey and buffalo and i responded well it doesn’t say honey mustard either and walked out I checked my bags and I was missing a 40 piece (I ordered 80 pieces (2)40 pieces) and I was also missing a basket of fries ( I orders (2) 2 dbl cheese burgers and basket of fries combo ) so I went into ask for misssng items …my husband was already frustrated at the tone and attitude that the employee had during the conversation about sauces so when I asked for items the same employee had an attitude still and my husband got upset and asked for employees name the employee said he didnt have to give his name mind u we weren’t being quiet and i am sure the manager in the back (Adriana) heard what was going on and the employee went to tell she didn’t come and apologize for the mistake or anything customer service was horrible and food for having to wait wasn’t fresh and seemed thrown together!
