When I asked for buffalo sauce, they told me I couldn't get it unless I ordered nuggets, which doesn't make sense because other McDonald's don't do that. Staff also seems annoyed when you ask questions. Definitely my least favorite McDonald's. The only reason I go to this McDonald's is because I'm in a rush and it's closest to me, but this location seriously needs better management and customer service. I love going to McDonald's over there by Boca Chica, by Pollo Loco. That one is the best McDonald's. Fast service, good customer service, never telling you that you need to pay 25 cents for sauce. They're the best McDonald's in Brownsville, Texas.
