The employees had a great welcoming energy, as soon as I walked through those doors. Ontop of all of that our bartender Amy gave us a night to remember, she was very engaging, fast paced & had a great personality. All of our drinks were spot on, we never had to ask for a refill & she was so friendly & kept our conversations going with her enthusiasm. Ricky Gomez, the assistant general manager came by & introduced himself, made sure we were doing okay. He was extremely welcoming & incredibly friendly. Overall, my main event experience was a 10 out of 10. I could not have asked for a better first time here. If I had to recommend a great place to spend the weekend, it would be main event.

We had an issue with a 30-minute free play card for my sister’s birthday, and while others weren’t able to help, Angel stepped in and took care of it right away. He was attentive, understanding, and made sure we were taken care of before going back to his duties. Thanks to him, my sister’s birthday was even more special. We really appreciate his outstanding customer service!

However, service was not great. It took 10 -13 mins to be acknowledged by server at the bar, we asked if there was a happy hour. She didn't know and left to go look for a sign. Ordered our drinks and asked for a menu, never received it after waiting for 7 mins so we had to look for a menu ourselves at other tables nearby. When is was time to pay, she saw us ready to pay then walked away, so we waited for another 10 mins. We had to ask other servers for a box to go. Understand that it was busy but during the time we were waiting for menu or to order, she was chit chatting away with some customer. She also told us no kids at the bar, but let 2 other people have their kid at the bar. My husband also said that it took 15 mins to get another drink.
