    Has everything I need. Maybe more of a selection for asian food. Also, they really need to cut down on people parking at the curbside pick up to NOT do curbside pick up. Maybe HEB could pay for those people lack of reading comprehension

    This HEB is so unhelpful compared to San Antonio stores! Customer service is mediocre. Floral department is abismal, the girls need a class on arranging because they are wasting perfectly good flowers on awful arrangements. Booo! but in the valley what are the options right EDIT: Thank you Robert for being the only person with a soul that we talked to, really appreciate your customer service!! Sorry your manager sucks and has worked there too long but you’ve still got that spark, brother!

    Some staff is very unfriendly here. Some managers need to watch what they say and discuss on the sales floor. The way they talk about their employees is really bad. Had a young lady help me since I couldn't find an employee available. She was a vendor working on the dog aisle. She was very friendly and helped me with a smile. I really appreciate her for going out of her way to help me. I hope she is valued here.

    I requested assistance from an employee named America, who stated she has one year of experience. Rather than assisting me, she instructed me to “hold on” while continuing a personal conversation with another employee. When she eventually approached me, she still refused to provide assistance and displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. During the interaction, America aggressively told me “no”, laughed about the situation, and made jokes to other employees while the issue was actively occurring. This behavior was inappropriate, disrespectful, and contrary to H-E-B’s customer service standards. I escalated the matter to a supervisor, Letty, who stated she has 45 years of experience. Unfortunately, she failed to take my concerns seriously, was rude and dismissive, and did not address or correct the employee’s behavior. No effort was made to de-escalate the situation or provide a resolution. Due to the lack of accountability, we requested a higher-level supervisor. Matt, a supervisor with 13 years of experience at H-E-B, then assisted us. However, he did not acknowledge the severity of the situation, did not address the employee’s misconduct, and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. It is extremely concerning that I was required to speak with two supervisors, yet the situation remained unresolved. I left the store feeling disrespected, unheard, and dissatisfied, which reflects a serious breakdown in customer service and leadership at this location. As a result of this experience, I will no longer patronize this H-E-B location. I am requesting that corporate leadership review this incident, address the conduct of those involved, and take appropriate corrective action to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
