  I usually never give reviews, but the service and the food is always the best. Rocco helped us out earlier and he is always so friendly and patient. :)

  I've been eating at this heb since i was a little girl. We'd do grocery trips every other Thursday and my dad would take me to what was called the deli before and we'd eat sandwiches or gorditas and he would buy me the martinelli apple juice. Now, I can't believe they still sell the gorditas, and they don't sell them at any other heb. And I've lived in san antonio as well and it just doesn't compare. My favorite part, and don't tell anyone, is the flaming bird fajita bowls. My bf is the one that introduced me to them and I'm so addicted! And heb boca Chica is really number 1 when it comes to customer service at the grill. I've gone to paredes and I'm sorry to say but I almost feel uncomfortable to ask for my bowl customized because I get eye rolls or they won't add an ingredient because they forgot the actual ingredient i asked to not be added. I asked them at paredes if they were ready for my customizations and I got shushed. Then they asked me what I wanted, and at that point, I wanted to walk away. But i was hungry and didn't have enough time to go elsewhere. But at boca chica, they welcomed it. I had the pleasure of being served by a young man named Rocco today and I had a complicated order. I ordered a fajita bowl, a chicken fajita bowl, and carnitas nachos. With so many customizations lol but Rocco asked me again and again, just to make sure. And I welcomed it because I knew it was a lot. But he got it right. He let me know about a coupon and even got a dessert. I have worked in customer service for a very long time, as a project manager for the federal government and when I get impacted by service like this, I have to call it out! Its always been a dream of mine to work for heb in talent development because you can go so far by bringing a smile to a customer's face and Rocco did that for me today. Thank you Rocco, and boca chica heb for making my day wonderful! I will always drive the extra mile just to ensure that I get treated well and boca Chica heb does that!

  Rocco was really helpful. I was waiting in line and he made sure he made my order while his coworker was working helping another customer. Great customer service.

  Rocco is a fantastic store representative. He is always professional, pleasant and shows that he genuinely cares about the positive "consumer experience ". Love the flaming bird! It is delicious 😋

  So I rarely stop to give good reviews but this one was awesome so I need to share it. I was looking for some good Hispanic food and its a Saturday night and it's getting late. I see on Google that this restaurant has good reviews so I decided to take the 20 minute drive. When I got there, I guess I showed up too late. Well Mr. Rocco was there cleaning up and preping food for the to go station. This guy needs a raise. I was feeling a little upset that I was too late, but he stopped and took the time to go over the fresh food he just put out. He made some AWESOME recommendations and educated me on some foods I wasn't aware of, and I'm glad he did because it was AWESOME! This rep really takes pride in his food and his job and it shows. TOP NOTCH customer service! Please recognize this employee for going far above and beyond to satisfy this customer. I will definitely be back soon! Thanks again Rocco! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
