  If I could give this place ZERO stars I would, the waiter took forever to take our order and when we ordered drinks they sat at the bar for 15 min before he went to pick them up to serve them to us.. they were room temp. Then when the food came out he didn’t even offer silverware and wouldn’t pass by the table for us to ask for it. We ate with our hands. He also messed up with my order and it still came out wrong and processed to charge us. Never coming back again, save your money.

  We’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but each visit has been disappointing. The first time, we waited an hour to be seated, then another hour just to be told they were out of wings. It was clearly understaffed and our server only checked on us once. The second time, the posted hours were incorrect and they were closed. The third time, it was still understaffed despite plenty of open tables. This location really needs better management, staffing, and training.

  I have to put one star cause if they had negative stars, that would be their rating. I walked in and ithey sat me at a booth. 20 minutes later no one dare to come to my booth to offer any drinks. I asked for the manager and all they told me is that he/she is doing paperwork. Very poor service. These people need a reality check. They dont care about the costumers. The manager well paperwork is more important. I walked out with no food or drinks served at my table. I do not recommend this place. Go to another wing place that is located down the road.

  No ranch, no blue cheese, no fries. Took 10 minutes before someone answered the phone. Repeated my orders well over 3 times. One of the orders was supposed to be boneless wings. Whoever took the order repeated my order to me twice and somehow they still messed it up bad. Probably a reason why they're already at 3.8 star in reviews. Buffalo Wild Wings Express on boca chica is superior. Better cook, way better service. This location sucks.

  This is my 3rd time here. 1st time was by far the best wing in town big and hot like old bff on Ruben torres 2nd time i have to return them because they were cold and they make a new ones issue fix service great. 3rd time service was horrible no silverware was brought, i have to stand up ask for it after the food was brought, same for the drinks were not serve only after they brought the food, wings were dry and cold ask server to exchange them and he did do it but the were dryer than the first ones like they just reheat them i can say that the one thing hot there were the restroom with no AC and the appetizers. Save you time and money every other place for wings will be better for what i can see in the rest of reviews this is a ongoing issue
