Upon receiving my bag, I noticed it felt significantly lighter than on previous occasions; when I opened my meal, the piece of chicken was nowhere near the portion size I have received in the past—it was very small, and the lettuce was black in several spots. I always remove the tomato and somehow they just assume remove the pickles too. Makes me feel like that guy in the episode of SpongeBob. But this has happened dine in or carry out. I’ll order my husband’s the same way and same issue. I’d be going to the one on Boca Chica but it’s too far with all the traffic. Oh and then they send free delivery from Morrison, yet I’ve gotten free cookies from places up north just for eating there on a handful of occasions.

After we paid we are informed they dont have sweet tea, we had upsized our drinks because we wanted sweet tea. They also messed up our order. We were missing fries and our chicken sandwich was a different one than what we ordered. Girl that came out said well you got a spicy pepper jack. I told her yes but that is not what we ordered. She had an attitude and just took the bag. No I'm sorry, my pleasure..nothing. She came back with the bag. We drove away and sandwich was still wrong. It was still spicy. Your staff needs customer service training. Fries also tasted gross. They had a smell of like bad oil.
