  Everyone else was great. The girl that was with glasses and in the light blue shirt with the orange hair today held up the line because she was there chatting with a vehicle for 10 minutes while we were waiting to leave. The car finally started moving when she came out and was chatting again so we honked. Then she made a face and very sarcastically waved at our window saying bye in a very condescending manner. The other staff members were great. They had already served 3 cars behind me with their drinks and we were all waiting to leave. She alone held cars up and didn’t serve her line because she was too busy chatting away.

  This location usually has great customer service, today it was ok. The young girl who took my order was not in a great mood and when asked about a drink she just stared and raised her shoulders. The young man who took my payment also appeared to be in an annoyed attitude.

  Honestly I had the worst experience in a coffee shop ever, I go to 7Brew very often but today was unacceptable I waited 25 minutes for 2 coffees and the customer service was horrible, I was asked to pull over since my 2 coffees were not ready and they said they would be right out, I had to get out of my car so I could be acknowledged and they told me they were busy and helping out other customers, I guess they thought I wasn’t a customer, will not be going back to this brew for sure.
